I didn't get the email FlexOffers sent me. What now?

If you've made a request of our automated services, such as registering a new account or resetting your password, some users may not be able to find the email in their inbox. If this has happened to you, make sure you have done the following:

  1. Make sure you've waited for at least 15 minutes. Most emails are quick to arrive, but sometimes short delays can occur.
  2. Check your Spam folder. On occasion, our transactional emails are mistakenly delivered there.
  3. If using Gmail or similar email services, check pre-sorted mail folders like Other, Promotions, or similarly named places.



If you are still unable to locate our messages after 15 minutes, contact our support department by emailing support@flexoffers.com.
