I didn't get the verification email. What now?

If you believe you have not received our verification email, make sure you’re checking the inbox for the same email address you provided in your application. The verification email may also be in your spam and/or junk folders as a message sent from noreply@flexoffers.com.

Still can’t find it? We’ll resend it. Please send an email to support@flexoffers.com and provide the name and email address from your application.

If you believe you have not received a verification email when signing up for a FlexOffers.com Publisher account, please check that you’re signed into the inbox of the email account that you used to apply.  We also recommend searching through your spam/junk folder as the verification message (sent from noreply@flexoffers.com) may have been filtered there.

Should the message not be in your inbox or spam/junk folder, you may resend the email using the Resend Verification Email button located at the bottom of our FlexOffers.com Publisher Application, as seen below:

Unable to locate THAT message? Sounds like you may need to fill out that short first page of the application again with a new email address that gets our system messages. We have the most luck with Gmail, Yahoo, and Outlook. Once you’ve selected your new email address, please use it to fill out your FlexOffers.com Publisher application.
