Our compliance department gets hundreds of applications daily, but don’t worry- they usually answer every completed and verified application within 2 business days or less.
If you’ve not received the results of your application review in that time, there may be a few reasons why.
Have you successfully verified your email address, cell phone, and website?
- The first step of our FlexOffers.com Publisher registration process requires you to verify your email address. You should receive an email with a link after filling out the first page of our form that you’ll click to confirm. Clicking will also return you to the application.
If you do not see the email in your inbox, please check your spam folder as the message may have been filtered there. Just in case, you can also send yourself another copy of the message by clicking on the “Resend Verification Email” button at the bottom of our registration page.
- The second step of our FlexOffers.com Publisher registration process requires you to submit your company information and verify your contact details, including your phone number.
Unfortunately, phone verification is a required step of the application process that we cannot skip. If you are receiving an error, are unable to use your phone, or do not have a phone that receives SMS messages, we recommend borrowing the phone of a family member, friend, or coworker.
- The third step of our FlexOffers.com Publisher registration process requires you to verify your website or another traffic source.
Applicants having trouble verifying their site should follow the instructions listed in our Support FAQ article “I’m having trouble verifying my site! How can I fix this? HELP!”
If you have successfully verified your email, phone number, and website and it has been longer than 5 business days since your application has been submitted, please email our team at firstname.lastname@example.org with your name, email, and website. We can then use that information to locate your application and expedite the review process.
