Data Feed Subscriptions allow you to automatically receive content for your approved affiliate programs. Once you subscribe, all content for each program you have a data feed subscription for will update daily and be available via FTP. Content includes banner, review, bullet and text link updates for existing products, as well as, any new products that may be available.
There are areas for Promotional Files and Product Files. Promotional Files contain promotions for programs available to you and include percent/dollar off, coupon codes, and other promotional offerings. Product Files contain products for programs that are available to you and include product pricing, image, UPC, SKU, MPN, and other product attributes. Once a subscription has been saved, there will be a max period of 24 hours prior to files being generated/available to you via our FTP site. Please use your Publisher Pro login credentials to access your files. Also, you must use FTP client software or web browser that has FTP capabilities. We highly recommend FileZilla or a similar application to allow for more robust access to your files.

Promotional Subscriptions
In the Promotional Subscriptions area, you will see the total amount of promotional products currently available across all our programs. You will also see the total count of advertisers that are available with promotional products.
In order to enter a new subscription please click the “New Subscription” button.
Next you will be presented with the “New Subscription” form. Please keep in mind that there is a limit of 100 subscriptions currently allowed in the system for your account.
On the subscription form you will notice several columns listed under the Advertisers. This includes “ID” – FlexOffers advertiser ID, “Advertisers” – the advertisers name, “Updated” – the last time we received new/updated data for this advertiser, “Status” – the status of your application with this advertiser, and “Count” – the total number of products for this advertiser.
First please enter a subscription name and select whether you would like to receive your files in XML or CSV format. In the example below I have named the subscription “My Subscription” with “XML” as the filetype.
Next you can filter and select which advertisers you would like to include within the subscription. There are two ways to filter. The first, as pictured below, is to enter a partial advertiser name to search for the advertiser(s) that you would like to include in the subscription. In this example I have entered “macy” to pull up “Macys.com”, the resulting list has all advertisers where “macy” is in any part of the name.
You also have the option to filter based on the promotion type and promotion period which will filter advertisers that have these types and periods. In the following example I have chosen “Coupon” and “Back to School”. Next press the “Go” button to refresh the list. Now my advertiser list contains advertisers that have coupons and back to school promotions.
Select all the advertisers that you would like to include in the subscription and click the “Save” button to save the subscription.
You will see a new subscription on the screen with the name you entered and the filters you selected.
To modify the subscription click the “Edit” button. This will bring up a form similar to the initial subscription creation form that allows you to modify the subscription.
Once you have made any modifications to the subscription you will see additional buttons at the bottom of the subscription form. “Enable” and “Disable” allows you to disable the subscription for some period of time and then to enable it when you would like the subscription to become active again. “Delete” will permanently remove the subscription, and “Save” allows you to save any modifications to the subscription.
